Our Cancellation Policy:

Our Cancellation policy refund amount is always calculated based on the total amount the cruise costs.

  • Cancellations up to 20 days before booked date, 90% refund.
  • Cancellations in less than 20 days and up to 7 days before the booking time, 70% refund.
  • Cancellations in less than 7 days and up to 24 hrs before the booking time, 50% refund.
  • Cancellations in less than 24 hrs or, NO SHOW until booking time, 0% refund.
  • In case of cancellation by Lux Sea Cruises, the amount paid will be refunded.

 

 

Credit Card Payment:

Please note that credit card payments for LUX SEA CRUISES are collected by Christos Charisis. Therefore, CHRISTOS CHARISIS will appear on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking.
