You can bring everything you need in terms of food and drinks, we have a fridge (70lt) with ice. On full day tours and also on SUNSET tours, we offer sparkling wine. Finally, there is an option in all our cruises (apart from Sunset) to stop at a picturesque tavern for food, at your own expense.

The captain has the experience to handle any condition and ensure your safety. There is a possibility that due to adverse weather conditions the cruise will be scheduled for a new date, time, or the route and destination will change, the captain will notify you as soon as possible in case of change so that you are informed.

Payment Policy

To secure your luxury cruise, we operate a two-stage payment process:

1. Reservation Deposit: To confirm your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. This payment is processed securely online via Nexi XPay.

2. Remaining Balance: The balance of your cruise can be settled:

   • Online: Via your account dashboard prior to the departure date.

   • At the Marina: In person at Marina Latoura (Ormos Panagias) on the day of the cruise before boarding.

Accepted Methods of Payment

For both the deposit and the balance, we accept credit, debit, and prepaid cards from the following providers:

• Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, and Discover.

In case of cancellation of the fare by the customer for any reason, the following cancellation policy applies depending on the date of cancellation:

Our Cancellation policy refund amount is always calculated based on the total amount the cruise costs.

• Cancellations up to 20 days before booked date, 90% refund.
• Cancellations in less than 20 days and up to 7 days before the booking time, 70% refund.
• Cancellations in less than 7 days and up to 24 hrs before the booking time, 50% refund.
• Cancellations in less than 24 hrs or, NO SHOW until booking time, 0% refund.
• In case of cancellation by Lux Sea Cruises, the amount paid will be refunded.
